Position: Quality Assurance Analyst
Salary: $23.77 - $24.96

General Position Summary
This position provides administrative assistance to the Developmental Disability Services Department (DDS). Primary responsibility is providing supportive services to Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager, as well as KCDDS Case Management staff.

- Education, Certification, & Experience
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Human, Behavioral, or Social Science; or a closely related field. Bachelor preferred.
- Human services experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, specifically Excel, database management, web-based software programs, Adobe, and Web maintenance software is required.
- Oregon Driver's License

- KNOWLEDGE OF:
- The public service system for developmental disability services in Oregon.
- Working knowledge of Klamath County community agencies and resources.
- Mandatory reporting requirements and the appropriate levels of information to be shared.
- Confidentiality rules, especially those specific to program area.
- County policies and procedures.
- Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities System and difference between all service elements.
- Federal, state, and county laws, codes, rules, policies, and regulations governing ID/DD services.
- Oregon Department of Human Services electronic programs and other ID/DD services software.
- Research and statistical evaluation principles and methods.
- Applicable federal, state and local compliance laws and statutes.
- Data collection and analysis, and research methodologies.
- KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Quality Improvement and Compliance practices in a public service/ ID/DD service setting

- Operate in the Microsoft Office environment, specifically Excel charting and tables, record keeping programs and review documentation via electronic record system.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Work Schedule
The normal work schedule is 40 hours per week; exact schedules is assigned by supervisor in conjunction with the KCDDS Executive Leadership Team. It is the attendance standard of the employer that all employees be present and on time each shift they are scheduled to work. Full or partial absence during any scheduled shift, arriving late, or leaving early, for whatever reason, may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Time off may be approved if allowed by applicable policies covering illness, injury, or other personal emergency.
