Job Title: KCR Case Manager

Salary: $25.44 - $32.18 per hour

Klamath Crimson Rose (KCR) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Manager to join our social services team. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to provide vital support and guidance to youth in our behavioral rehabilitation program.

The Ideal Candidate
As a KCR Case Manager, you will play a vital role in helping youth overcome challenges and build brighter futures. You have a passion for strengths-based, trauma-informed care. With your expertise, you will provide client-centered services in a collaborative environment alongside our dedicated treatment team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment programming tailored to each client's needs
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive client case files and service plans
  • Participate in client admission, transition planning, and aftercare processes
  • Observe and document client progress and interactions
  • Transport and accompany clients to appointments and activities
  • Collaborate with nurses, probation officers, therapists, and families

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work or closely related field, plus 1 year experience or bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology etc., plus 2 years’ experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing software
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
  • Crisis management, CPR, and food handler certifications (or ability to obtain)
